People’s minds should always be alive so that they can, as Thomas Jefferson envisioned, be among the enlightened electorate. E-Learning has deepened in capabilities of delivering the individual, collaborative and discussion triad in measurable environments. Performance and accountability is observed and evaluated. The industry has vibrancy moving both ways: in delivery and reception. 

    At the beginning I said people’s minds should always be alive. The appetite for knowledge comes from the breakthrough awareness that one can move from don’t know to knowing and comfortable that the unknown of the unknown is always present. That’s when the fun begins.

    When it becomes obvious in another that their heart is in their work and life, it gets real interesting for them. Being part of that, then witnessing it is deeply satisfying.

    This is one aspect of Truth. Truth means truly seeing what is so and what is not so. You find truth in your heart, it is distinct of itself. When you experience this truth, you will never agree to live in a way you should not.
