How Does the VIP Leads Group Work?

VIP Leads Group Agreement.pdf

· Leads group members are expected to find and share business referrals for other members and actively support the other members when possible.

· The cost of the group is $25 per month to belong and payment is automatic using paypal. You can prepay annually and get a discount of two months off. Keep in mind that membership fees are non-refundable.

· If you refer a paying member to a VIP Leads Group around the country then you will receive a gift card for $25 as a Thank You for helping build NetworkingUSA.com.

· Only one person per each professional specialty is permitted to join a chapter of NetworkingUSA

· All participants should represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.

· Attendance is critical. If you cannot attend a meeting, you may send a substitute. This will not count as an absence.

· Participation in the chapter by members is a key to the success of a group. Members can participate by bringing bona-fide referrals and/or visitors to their group meeting.

· Members must follow up with referrals given to them in a timely and professional manner.

· If a member misses more than three meetings per quarter then their membership may be terminated without refund. A member may send a substitute in their place and not be considered absent.

· A substitute cannot replace a member on a regular basis. If a member misses 3 or more times in a row with a substitute then it’s is the group leader’s discretion after three substitutes whether or not to keep that member on. The group leader will have the final decision b ut they will attempt to solicit feedback from the group and then make the decision.

· It is understood that there are schedule conflicts or personal situations that occur. Please do not make such instances a habit. Members who regularly arrive late or leave early during the meeting may have their membership put on probation or forfeited. Tardiness is considered unprofessional, disruptive and impolite. Multiple tardies may be considered as an absence

· Leave of absence: A member may request a leave of absence for up to a six week period, due to medical, military, family, or job related reasons (such as international travel etc.). However each case will be considered, approved or disapproved by the club’s Coordinator on an individual basis. Substitutes are recommended.

· A member is not to solicit or recruit other club members into becoming distributors or associates in any multi-level (or other) business endeavor during regular meetings. Any unwanted solicitation of this kind may be cause for termination of membership.

· Outside of the regular club meeting, a member may inform another member about the income opportunity available with a business, as long as it is not an unwanted or pressured solicitation.

· Transferring members must submit their request to their NetworkingUSA Director for approval along with a new member application for the club that they wish to transfer to, and a letter of explanation. Only a group leader can approve transfers. Transferring is discouraged because it can be disruptive and seldom results in member success.

· A member who wishes to change industry or classification within a club must submit a new member application to the Membership Team requesting the change. The Membership Team may approve or disapprove the change. A $25 fee will be charged to members who make a Change of Profession.

· Visitors may only attend a Club once. Thereafter, only if a paid application is in process.

· It is a member’s responsibility to voice a concern about an applicant BEFORE the applicant is approved for membership. If there are no concerns, the Team Leader will assume that the applicant is acceptable.

· When a concern is voiced in regard to an application, the Team Leader should treat that concern discreetly and professionally. They should investigate all concerns in a fair and professional manner before any decisions are made.

· In cases relating to a member’s business practices or involving a violation of rules or policies, or if for any reason the member has become a detriment to their club, the management of VIP Leads Groups, at their sole discretion, may put the member on probation or terminate the membership. All membership dues are non-refundable.

· A member is to give a 30-day written notice when wishing to discontinue membership. All membership dues are non-refundable.

· All Guidelines and Policies are subject to change. All proposed changes must be reviewed and accepted by NetworkingUSA.com.

· All meetings meet weekly and should last for a period of 90 minutes.

· An individual may be a member of only one NetworkingUSA.com VIP Leads Group. A company may have multiple individuals in several groups.

· You may not join a NetworkingUSA.com VIP Leads Group if you are already a member of another “profession specific” leads or referral group that meets on a regular basis. This does not include open networking mixers, Chambers of Commerce or any other affiliation that is non-profession specific or limiting.

· In the event that NetworkingUSA.com general rules could potentially violate a professional's ethical code, the professional's ethic's code shall govern

When are you looking at having the meetings? What date and times did you have in mind?

Not right off the top of my head but I will keep my eyes and ears open but it would be helpful to know the day of the week in mind.

Right now we need to get to critical mass, preferably ten members. I have some ideas regarding locations but will defer to the group's preference. I will be working diligently to recruit more members over the next few days. Do you know anyone that might be interested??
